A sparkling new kitchen installation
When Martin and Victoria McGahey from Wishaw in North Lanarkshire needed a new kitchen, they knew they could count on Mulberry Kitchen Design to bring their vision to life. After shopping around, the couple felt most comfortable with our amazing Mulberry team, and relied on us to provide them with a stunning kitchen installation, which we delivered on.
Our team got to work gutting the old kitchen and removing all of the old units and installations. The new kitchen was completely replastered, and brand new electric points were added at convenient locations throughout the kitchen.
The McGaheys chose a beautiful white lacquered kitchen with black sparkling quartz worktops that resulted in a striking contrast – a look that was carried on in the adjoining dining room. Victoria in particular has a preference for bright, sparkling surfaces, and black sparkly curtain pelmets and a black sparkly glass splashback behind the new stove complemented her beautiful new kitchen worktops.
As well as this, the Mulberry team installed 15 LED spotlights as well as three feature lights hanging over the breakfast bar in order to illuminate the stunning white lacquered kitchen.
Beautiful new appliances were added to complete the McGahey’s new dream kitchen, including an induction hob, and an undermount sink. As well as this, the Mulberry team installed a brand new American fridge-freezer in dazzling black to complement the kitchen surfaces, and an integrated washing machine and dishwasher.
The McGaheys were keen to have an upmarket kitchen that would be theirs forever. Hettich soft-closing drawers and hinges were fitted to their new kitchen units to add an extra touch of sophistication and glamour, and we also included a custom-built wine rack – perfect for entertaining.
Finally, stunning graphite porcelain floor tiles finished the look, complete with plinth lights to illuminate the shimmering new kitchen.
Martin and Victoria McGahey really wanted every detail of their new kitchen to be perfect, so we were honoured when they expressed their absolute delight with the finished kitchen.
