The team wanted to ensure that the Taits ended up with the kitchen of their dreams. To make this happen, we offered approximately 10 different colour options in our design package to help them choose the one they liked best. This is a great way for customers to get a feel of the finished product – and we also offer a free design and quote service!

The Taits chose a beautiful Inzo white gloss kitchen from Second Nature for their units, complemented by stunning Inzo graphite matt, with silestone quartz worktops from Constantino. A beautiful Blanco undermount sink with a Blanco spirex tap gave the cool monochrome colour scheme of the kitchen an extra edge.

As well as the stunning new units, brand new Bosch series 8 appliances were also installed by the Mulberry team, including a Bosch box stainless steel cooker hood. To finish the look, Sensio LED lights were chosen to illuminate the kitchen at key points. The Mulberry team also custom-built a unit to house Mr Tait’s coffee maker, resulting in his very own coffee station, thus cutting out the cost of having to buy an expensive built-in machine.

Cool grey tones played a major role throughout the design, and is one of the top kitchen trends for 2016. The whole kitchen was painted in a complementary tone – ‘Elephant’s Breath’ from Farrow & Ball. The facings and skirting boards of the kitchen were also painted in the same colour to unify the entire space, with a glass splashback and grey floor completing the look.
